I’ve being trying to ‘lepax' and write something since the last few weeks but haven’t able to. Definitely time for scretch & writing always there, is just a matter of me,myself and I. This absolutely happen as usual, especially when time comes and putting me in unstable stage of mind. Huuuhhh,..I’ll go crazy for nothing again and yet getting any answer for my research work of my own thoughts or maybe there’s some ‘wires’ eventually shrinking in my fucking brains. Hhhmm, stupid isn’t it?
All days fully occupied by my daily scheduled. Unfortunately as a right/left hand buddy for my boss, I can’t avoid from his meeting, discussion, visits, preparing papers, daily schedules and presentations materials etc. I’m not complaining or purposely mumbling, I just felt tiring with all the stuffs, felt like want to be free for while or forever maybe. Thinking of something worth it and maybe it’s time for me to find something for myself and enjoy it. Twisted my mind....
Gym! Yes! gymnasium that’s the answer. Knowing myself, I’m not kind of sporty type or active with all these things but there nothing wrong to start it again for good maybe. Apparently I’m a person with the aggressive looks in the office but nobody knows that I’m a person weak of body ability and strange.Like he said 'lembek'!
I used to go to gym at my office gymnasium to reduce all the extra baggages where putting me in 68kg + extra ordinary bubbles curve on my tummy. Glad to say that finally less than 6months I managed to turned off to 49kg and unfortunately cause of lazy disease in me, I’m hardly went to the gym for the last 6months.This what people always said ‘angan-angan taik ayam’ hehe. I think it’s a good time for me to make a ‘come back’ for walkout stuffs.
I’m strongly known I can do it! Yes! I managed to push myself to the gym again but this time not at my office gymnasium which had limited equipments. I wanted to try some variety stuffs. I’ve decided to go to a professional gymnasium and push to 1 to 1 trainer only for specific part for my body. Interesting start even though a bit painful on the day after my workout and exercise. Purposely knocking all the sleeping baby muscles! Arrrrgghhhhhh damn painful and aching but it’s worth it for me! Hope so.

Fasting month on the mid of calendar month, is my ‘Nippon’ season. Peacefully off of fasting at least for 1week. Hehe is not an excuses etc but just a gift for me every month as a normal lady from God to prove that I’m normal lady.
Well, to all my buddies and friends “happy fasting” and wish you guys enjoy the month of healthy diet program and enjoy the lappy weekend.
